Ari has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years and has been a party to hundreds of transactions for a billion dollars of total consideration. Prior to founding ORION Investment Real Estate, Ari worked for 12 years for a national real estate firm, where he won numerous Awards for Achievements in Sales and Outstanding Service.

With experience in commercial property management, leasing, and investment sales, Ari is highly regarded throughout the commercial real estate community. He has been cited in countless print publications and has appeared as a panelist at numerous conferences.

Ari is also committed to his local chapter of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on its Planning Action Committee where he has co-chaired several committees.

A native of New York City, Ari attended Tulane University in New Orleans, and has been a Scottsdale resident since 1995. Active within the local community, Ari has been involved with numerous non-profit children’s organizations and child mentor programs. He is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and the Phoenix Men’s Art Council.

SEAN STUTZMAN

Sean began his commercial real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top young agent at one of the country’s largest firms. Early in his career, Sean focused on the acquisition and disposition of suburban office buildings in the Phoenix Metro area. Because of his immediate impact in the office market, his professionalism and client focus, Sean was approached by Ari Spiro to join one of the top retail investment teams in the market. Sean’s diverse background, in multiple product types has helped him achieve recognition for both production and client satisfaction.

Sean is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Tourism. At Arizona State, he was an active member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity where he was the Philanthropic Event Coordinator. In 2000, he studied abroad in Bermuda as part of the University’s Interdisciplinary Studies curriculum.

While attending college, Sean was employed at the 950 room JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. Among his responsibilities was to identify, interview, and staff the newly opened resort, which to date is the largest non-gaming resort of its kind to open in the Southwest. His experience in the Hospitality Industry has proven to be valuable training as he has become recognized by his client base for his diligence and consideration of his client’s investment goals.

In 2009, Sean became an Accredited Professional under the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. He is committed to being on the forefront of sustainable building practices.

Alon Shnitzer is currently a Senior Vice President and co-founder of The Orion Multifamily Group. Throughout his 10+ year career he has specialized in large apartment transactions and has closed over 50 marketed Arizona multifamily properties, comprising of 12,000+ units, with a total sales volume in excess of $750,000,000.

Prior to the formation of the Orion Multifamily Group, Alon was most recently a Vice President of Investments and Director in the National Multihousing Group at Marcus & Millichap. He has been a consistent leader in multifamily brokerage earning many prestigious awards, such as, nationally ranking in the top 20 large apartment brokers and being the top Arizona multifamily broker.

BOB PEARLSTEIN

Bob Pearlstein specializes in retail investment sales with ORION. A well-respected industry veteran, Bob has represented and worked with tenants, landlords and developers completing in excess of 5,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions.

Bob began his real estate career in St. Louis, Missouri, with the Midland Group where he specialized in the leasing of neighborhood and power retail centers. In 1996, Bob moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he joined CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Vice President specializing in retail leasing, sales and development. He was listed in the Top 24 Retail Brokers for CB Richard Ellis numerous times.

JOHN KOBIEROWSKI

John Kobierowski is Senior Vice President and co-founder of the Orion Multifamily Group. John has enjoyed a 22+ year career in Multifamily Advisory, Brokerage, development, syndication and ownership with an emphasis on brokerage. In his tenure, closing over 900+ multifamily transactions with clients ranging from National, Institutional Owners to regional syndicators and local operators.

Prior to forming the Orion Multifamily Group, John was the Principal of Oppidan Partners, a Phoenix based boutique Multifamily Advisory firm. John was also a founding partner and advisor at Hendricks & Partners, based in the corporate office, where he was consistently one of the most active brokers during his 15+ year tenure.

RUE BAX

Rue Bax is currently a Senior Vice President and co-founder of The Orion Multifamily Group. Throughout his 10+ year career he has specialized in large apartment transactions and has closed over 40 marketed and off-market Arizona multifamily properties, comprising of 7,000+ units, with a total sales volume in excess of $400,000,000.

Rue was honored as the 2008 Broker of the Year by AZRE: Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine at their 2009 Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards.

Rue has successfully worked with a wide variety of clients including Weidner Apartment Homes, HEERS Management, Investment Property Associates, as well as banks servicers and syndicators. He has made it a principle cornerstone of his brokerage business to acquire a broad knowledge of his client's history and current needs and to maintain an extensive knowledge of the Arizona apartment market and the current financial and equity market.

ANDREW HARRISON

Andrew spent the first years of his real estate career in managing and leasing properties for a family real estate company. In his four year stay, Andrew oversaw the leasing, management and disposition of approximately 280,000 square feet of commercial property. Andrew worked with local tenants as well as national tenants including Safeway, Walgreens, Kroger, and Family Dollar. During this time, Andrew had the opportunity to work and understand a variety of markets outside the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, including secondary markets like Tucson and tertiary markets like Payson, Arizona.

Andrew interned in 2004 with the Sperry Van Ness office of Phoenix, focusing on the marketing and sales of retail properties throughout the state of Arizona. In 2005, Mr. Harrison joined Patriot Commercial Properties, a boutique real estate company based in Phoenix. At Patriot Commercial Properties he focused on investment sales throughout Phoenix and Northern Arizona. In his 3 year with Patriot, Andrew had successfully closed 17 transactions for a total consideration of $28 Million Dollars.

In 2009, Andrew founded Harrison Commercial and successfully completed 9 distressed retail shopping center sale transactions. These complicated transactions including Reo's, short sales, and receivership sales. The financial institutions in these sales were BBVA Compass, Midland Loan Servicing, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Arizona, Pacific Western Bank, Frist Citizens Bank and Trust, and Levine Investments.

In 2013 Andrew joined ORION Investment Real Estate and was recently the Executive Spotlight for the Phoenix Business Journal.

Currently Andrew is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a candidate for a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Braxton Glass, a commercial real estate veteran for over 17 years, joined ORION after a successful tenure at a boutique brokerage firm at which he was a three time overall top producer.

With exposure to all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, Braxton has been focused exclusively on investment sales for the past decade. Over the course of his career, Braxton has completed several hundred million dollars in commercial investment transactions as lead broker. Braxton has completed transactions in the retail, industrial, office and medical office asset classes, with a particular focus on multi-tenant office and medical office.

DOUG LAZOVICK

Doug Lazovick is currently a Vice President and co-founder of The Orion Multifamily Group. In the last half decade, Doug has accumulated over $250,000,000 in sales transactions and has sold over 3,000 units. Prior to joining ORION, Doug served as a Senior Vice President for ICC Real Estate and as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness.
