Ari has been involved in the real estate industry since the early nineties and has been a party to hundreds of transactions for a billion dollars of total consideration. Prior to founding ORION Investment Real Estate Solutions, Ari worked for 12 years for a national real estate firm, where he won numerous Awards for Achievements in Sales and Outstanding Service.

With experience in commercial property management, leasing, and investment sales, Ari is highly regarded throughout the commercial real estate community. He has been cited in countless print publications and has appeared as a panelist at numerous conferences.

Ari is also committed to his local chapter of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on its Planning Action Committee where he has co-chaired several committees.

A native of New York City, Ari attended Tulane University in New Orleans, and has been a Scottsdale resident since 1995. Active within the local community, Ari has been involved with numerous non-profit children’s organizations and child mentor programs. He is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and the Phoenix Men’s Art Council.

Sean began his commercial real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top young agent at one of the country’s largest firms. Early in his career, Sean focused on the acquisition and disposition of suburban office buildings in the Phoenix Metro area. Because of his immediate impact in the office market, his professionalism and client focus, Sean was approached by Ari Spiro to join one of the top retail investment teams in the market. Sean’s diverse background, in multiple product types has helped him achieve recognition for both production and client satisfaction.

Sean is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Tourism. At Arizona State, he was an active member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity where he was the Philanthropic Event Coordinator. In 2000, he studied abroad in Bermuda as part of the University’s Interdisciplinary Studies curriculum.

While attending college, Sean was employed at the 950 room JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. Among his responsibilities was to identify, interview, and staff the newly opened resort, which to date is the largest non-gaming resort of its kind to open in the Southwest. His experience in the Hospitality Industry has proven to be valuable training as he has become recognized by his client base for his diligence and consideration of his client’s investment goals.

In 2009, Sean became an Accredited Professional under the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. He is committed to being on the forefront of sustainable building practices.

Rue Bax is focused on the sale of multifamily real estate in Arizona and Nevada. During his career, Rue has been involved in the closing of approximately 3,000 apartment units with a value of nearly $500,000,000.

Rue was selected as AZRE RED Awards Broker of the Year from a small firm in 2008 and was most recently selected in 2011 as one of AZRE Magazine's People to Know.

Rue is a self started, entrepreneur, who enjoys seeing a deal from its genesis to completion. He is part-owner/investor of a four-store restaurant chain called Salty Senorita. Easy going and easy to work with, Bax enjoys bringing various personalities together in work environment.

Bob Pearlstein specializes in retail investment sales with ORION. A well-respected industry veteran, Bob has represented and worked with tenants, landlords and developers completing in excess of 5,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions.

Bob began his real estate career in St. Louis, Missouri, with the Midland Group where he specialized in the leasing of neighborhood and power retail centers. In 1996, Bob moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he joined CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Vice President specializing in retail leasing, sales and development. He was listed in the Top 24 Retail Brokers for CB Richard Ellis numerous times.

Braxton Glass, a commercial real estate veteran for over 13 years joined ORION after a successful tenure at another boutique brokerage firm at which he was a three time overall top producer.

With exposure to all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, Braxton has been focused exclusively on investment sales since 2002. Over the course of his career, Braxton has completed several hundred million dollars in commercial investment transactions as lead broker on one or both sides of the transaction. Braxton has completed transactions in the retail, industrial, office and medical office asset classes, with a particular focus on multi-tenant office and medical office.

Doug Lazovick specializes in the sale of multifamily real estate in Phoenix. Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 2005, Doug has accumulated over $200,000,000 In sales transactions and has sold approximately 2,000 units.

Prior to joining Orion, Doug served as a Senior Vice President for ICC Real Estate and as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness. In his first year in the business, he accumulated more sales volume than any other first year advisor for the Sperry Van Ness Phoenix office, becoming the fastest to attain Senior Advisor status in the history of that office.
